Making photographs is like putting reality into a new frame, i can meditate on my view of things and often I find relationships I might have registered but never taken as a new point of view. Shooting a picture therefore just helps me to rediscover my world. It is like being a young child again. Although I am fascinated by digital treatment of pictures I simply prefer if I don´t have to "photoshop" my world. But if one can transform a photo to different kind of art by software I think this is a new kind of genuine art. I appreciate photographers who compose a new world and who seduce me to a new perspective of even well-known daily things. I love if beauty emerges where no one would have thought to seek before.
