Powell Gardens, Kansas City's botanical garden, is located 30 miles east of Kansas City on U.S. Highway 50. A not-for-profit public charity, our mission is to offer an experience that embraces the Midwest's spirit of place and inspires an appreciation for the importance of plants in our lives.
