Possums' End is a private conservation project on the Otago Peninsula, deep in the South of the South Island of New Zealand. We are working hard to rewild 20 hectares of regenerating bush, encouraging the native flora and fauna to return to what until recently was sheep paddocks. It's a long, slow but ultimately rewarding process. As you will see, we also treasure our dark night skies and photograph them whenever we can. Unless otherwise stated the public photographs on our flickr page are taken from Possums' End - although we do make occasional expeditions into the backcountry. To help fund our work we run Possums' End accommodation - details of which can be found on our website www.possumsend.co.nz or on our Airbnb page.
