porkfork6's Most Interesting Photos on Flickriver

Before I go any further, Flickr wants admins of groups to use their actual name. Which is reasonable since people want to know who they are communicating with.

I'm a first time father for over five years now, and I'm protective of my daughter. Sorry.

Weapons:

Pentax K1000 (bought this in 1983, and barely used it, what a shame)

Nikon 5700 (bought this for the howitzer like zoom, found out the expensive way that it was better to just get closer)

Kodak DC290 (my first digital, I want to give it to my daughter, but I'm afraid she'll drop it on her foot)

Holga 120N (herd mentality got me to buy it, and it's a fun camera!)

Lomo Fisheye 2 (thinking that the Holga fun would transfer over to the fisheye2- not so much. Rarely put film in it now.)

Vivitar V3800N (cheap like the K1000, so I use it for long exposure shots.)

Arax 60 - I've ended up using this beast to collect a lot of Florida textures, it makes for a boring photostream, but I can live with that.

Oh yes before I go any further, I would never consider myself "a photographer." I take pictures. I'm cheap how I do it, and if maybe once in 2,000 pictures I get something nice to look at, then I'm satisfied.

Finally I'm deeply envious of all the great pictures that folks put on Flickr. I can't mimic or re-create them, but it's nice that you post them so that a bum like me can enjoy them.

Peace

PS (aka the part where I pi$$ & moan) I don't take great pics, so I'm usually pretty flattered if somebody uses my image on their site (or wherever) so long as I get photo-cred. If your site has any advertising on it, you cannot use my image(s). If you are already being paid, then you should reimburse those that make your site what it is.
