Paul Lenard dela Cruz also known as "Popo" to his friends, is a graduate of Mapua Institue of Technology in Makati with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

He is very dedicated and passionate in everything he does. He started to become interested in photography when he bought his k800 Sony Ericsson handy Phone. As a beginner, Popo simply took pictures of things and people around him experimentally until he got so interested and began to take Photography seriously. With some serious research and advices from friends and family, he got more technical and tried several techniques on how to capture better images.

Owning his very first new DSLR Nikon D40 Camera, with steady hands, technical skills and an artistic eye, he began to fulfill his dream of becoming a promising photographer. Thus, POPOTOGRAPHY started and Voila! Everything is history.

Recently, he has been trying all sorts of Photography, exploring where he could excel best. Popo creates his uniqueness by taking dramatic images and taking advantage of quality natural light. Popo is becoming more interested on portraiture, travel, landscape and events photography as well.

Outside photography, Popo is also musically inclined. Jazz, metal, punk, alternative rock and soul music soothes his taste. He plays the drums and the bass guitar as well. And lastly, he's addicted to computer games.
