My self portraits are a means of therapeutic self-expression for me, capturing a moment/feeling/memory,( or vintage clothing items I find) and partly because I'm the only person around 24/7 to photograph. I'm a bit shy about asking people to let me photograph them unless they're family, or close friends,or my cat, or any animal I happen upon.

+Everything I know about photography is self taught thru self portraits, and experimenting, which started with my Dad's 35mm when I was 10 ...Digital photography since 2000 w/a Sony Mavica(floppy discs! haha).

Everyone has their own interpretation of what an image means to them and will see something different than the next person.
