Helloooo!. I have always been interested in photography, even took some classes in high school. I have always had some kind of camera whether it be a cheap disposable or just a little 35mm. My problem was getting around to developing the film (I still run across an undeveloped roll now and then). Finally I got a Kodak digital camera and loved it. But I always wanted one of the fancy cameras. One where I have more control of how the camera acts.

So I bought a Canon rebel xti. I have enjoyed the camera.

I enjoy everything to do with the digital photography. One of the thing I also enjoy doing is putting my pictures into slideshows. This can be very fun and creative and I have had a blast doing it.

I have gotten so into photography that I got a 35mm slide scanner and have been turning those shots digital. I purchased the Nikon coolscan and digitalized about 2000 slides with in a couple of months.

I have now enjoyed looking through flickr at peoples photos and talents and thoughts and moods. I am hoping to increase my knowledge and talent thorugh the lens of my canon. I hope to gain some experience with portraits since I believe that is one of my week spots.

I also hope to start learning some of the photo editors and see what changes I can do to some of my pics.
