~on a thought, I've been reading a lot of photgs saying they don't do free shoots anymore and paid work takes priority, I understand money matters, but Shouldn't art be more important? If ya had the opportunity/or chance to work with someone, the outcome of that time and effort might get you more recognition than the paid gig you would rather do. I have yet to take on a paid project thinking I'm not good enough yet to be called a professional and would enjoy working with people to get more experience and experiment more with different things to hone my skill. I have seen many photogs work and some are utter crap and think you charge for this? pfft. Others take photos for the pure enjoyment of it and it's awesome at the things they produce. Point is, make art and work will come, but focus on work and ignore the art and you lost it. end of rant.
