I'm Andy - I work as an optometrist.

I'm interested in nature; I want to see the world: I enjoy travelling - most of my current pictures are from a 9 month trip around the world in 2007/8. It's mostly shots from compact cameras and mobile devices, but I got a a DSLR for Christmas2010! [Yay!]

I'd like to do a course in photography some day, as I'm still very much a 'learner' and I hope to pick up advice on how to improve my techniques or process my pictures through Flickr.

I try to keep my photostream as varied as possible. I hope you enjoy my pictures, and please take time to give advice or opinions or comments on any of my shots you like (or don't!).
