Well i decided to buy a digital camera at the birth of my second son, jack. It was a panasonic lumix fz8. After a year of using that i took the plunge and bought a dSlr. I chose the canon route (40D) for nothing other than the feel of it as i had no experience with any slrs previous. I like to take pictures of everything and anything and i have not as yet found any particular area i would like to settle in, but living in midleton, east cork and traveling all over ireland i have a great opportunity to see many wonderful sights.
