Plush animal companionship is a wonderful thing – and I'm here to tell you that it isn't just for kids!

I never had so much as a thought about plush animals until I was 35 years old. It was then that I discovered – completely by accident – that the simple act of cuddling a stuffed animal cured my insomnia and a host of other sleep disorders that I'd suffered from since childhood.

Cuddling stuffed animals also made me a much happier and calmer person in general. I was totally surprised to learn from my own experience that a man's life could be improved to such a degree just by having a special plush animal companion.

The same is true for women, of course, but I really think the effect of improved temperament is more pronounced in men. If every man had his own special stuffed animal, there would be no more wars or hatred in the world. I am completely convinced of that.

Cuddling truly is the greatest thing there is! The best situation of all, though, is when two people who love each other also each have their own special plush companion, and they share that precious love. That is heaven on earth, for sure!
