Vagabond beach bum, occasional mountain biker.

I got my Nikon D40 in 2008 apirl with a 18-55, 55-200 after about 3 months. Got to use a Sigma 10-20, which I really enjoyed. I still haven't found a particular area that I enjoy.

August 2009, i got a micro-nikkor 55 f/3.5 and a nikkor 50mm f/1.8 AIS. I have not put either of the old-new lenses since. I love the feel of the 50mm. And beginning to understand the challenges of Macro photography.

I await one more lens, and I think am done for the year.

My next lens will be a fast mid-range Zoom.
