Playground of Hope is a non-profit project that helps remedy a critical shortage of play parks for children living in the disaster-affected areas of Fukushima, Miyagi and Iwate Prefectures. Together with Rainbow Play Systems Inc., the world largest maker of wooden outdoor playsets and Side By Side International, a Japanese authorized NPO established in 1985, this project was launched in April 1, 2012.
