•Annual capacity in excess of 20,000,000+ pounds per year operating 3 shifts per day, 5 days per week (240 days per year, 84,000 pounds per day) – excess capacity available.

oEntire plant operates profitably at 7,800,000 pounds per year, 650,000 pounds per month, or four full loads per week at $.13/lb margins processing PCR HDPE bales; however the plant is capable of nearly three times this volume.

•22,952 sq. ft. commercial building (76’ x 302’) – 870+ pounds of production per sq. ft. per year.

o3.8 acres of commercial property with large yard and ample room for operations and building expansion.

oIndustrial zoning – perfect for recycling operation (Minnesota even offers a state sales tax exemption for resource recovery operations).

oRegrind re-sizing/re-grind line for shreds and dirty regrinds capable of processing 8,000+ pounds per hour with 2 employees per shift.

oPolyolefin wash line capable of washing PCR, HDPE, PP, LDPE (non-film), dirty regrinds at 4,000+ pounds per hour with 2 employees per shift.
