The PLAN BOTHNIA project, co-ordinated by the http://www.helcom.fi/projects/en_GB/PlanBothnia/ Secretariat, will test Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) in the Bothnian Sea area as a transboundary case between Sweden and Finland.
