I was a Telecoms engineering executive professional by vocation. I'm still growing and learning as a photographer.

I occupy myself in my retirement with various volunteer duties, both hands on and on boards. Occasionally I also take one of my cameras out.

I live rurally with my wife, 3 dogs two cats and unknown number of mice.

My photography interests are pretty eclectic, but I lean towards nature scenes (animals and landscapes) and the odd air show. There is so much to learn with this craft, and I am green with envy of most of the other members and the excellent images they create.

I was a Flickr "PRO" for a number of years with over 2 million views but I have downsized and started over again with a free account. I'm less active than I was but still enjoying it nevertheless.
