I am a researcher and software engineer by profession, a game developer by heart, an artist in mind and a novice photographer. I like to take photographs around me and like to share them with my friends and family.

 

I started photography long ago with a 35mm film camera, Pentax K1000, when I was in middle school. I used this camera for long time.

 

When I was in college, I got an old point and shoot camera, Kodak DX4900 from my uncle. After some time I bought a Sony Cybershot, which was quite cheap but I enjoyed it a lot. I bought another super zoom camera before my Shundarban trip in 2008, December. It was an Olympus 560UZ, a powerful point and shoot with 18X zoom. After using that camera I realized that I need a good DSLR. I borrowed a Nikon D80 from my cousin and used it in several occasions, while I was waiting to buy my own DSLR.

 

After I moved to Melbourne, Australia, my passion for photography started to tickle me. The natural abundance of Australia would surely make any photographer mad and force him grabbing his gear jump outside of house to start clicking! Hopefully Australia will be a great place for my photography experience. I bought a Canon EOS 7D and some other accessories and hope to produce some nice images.

 

Education

I completed Bachelor of Computer Science from North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have started my PhD study concentrating on Artificial Intelligence at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT).

 

Photography

I completed a short course on People and Portrait Photography from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT). I attended several workshops on studio lighting, model photography, etc. conducted by Shutter Class Studio, Melbourne, Australia. I also attended Milk Workshop conducted by Jaroslav Wieczorkiewicz
