My name is Timo Nagel. I am a 24-year-old media designer from Heidelberg (Germany). I graduated as a bachelor of arts in media design at the MHMK-Stuttgart. I started designing and drawing from a young age and most of my design skills and knowledge are self taught.

I learned very early how to use Gimp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver. Combined with that I taught my self HTML and CSS, and worked with WordPress. My Editor of choice is now Coda. I love playing with Final Cut X Pro and Adobes After Effects to create stunning new videos and animations. My Canon EOS 550D is always with me to capture all the moments that matter to me.

Aside from that I studied typography, future trends, new media, advertising, effects of the Internet, history of art, entertainment law, painting and sketching when I went to college. Now my focus is on future trends, new media, sketching, app- and webapp-design trends.

I currently work for the valendo GmbH and help to develop the product and brand TABLESPOTS. I also work part-time as a freelance designer for a few local clients.
