Piece by Piece is an innovative Social Enterprise non-profit organization in Los Angeles. Its mission is to provide low-income and formerly homeless people free mosaic art workshops using recycled materials to develop marketable skills, self-confidence, earned income and an improved quality of life.

All workshops and materials, with an emphasis on recyclable items, are provided free of charge and taught by professional artists. A significant portion of the proceeds are given directly back to the participants.

By nurturing creativity and encouraging entrepreneurship, Piece by Piece strives to give residents of these disadvantaged communiies the tools and self-confidence to assume more responsibility for their future.
