I joined Flickr in 2009 and I'm still loving all the creativity and positivity! I became a Pro in september 2010, because of my brother: he gave me a Pro account for my 28th birthday! (thanks PetertheBird!!)

The photos I share with everybody can be about anything: my travels, animals, nature, architecture...you name it. I love all kinds of photos, as long as they have the "wow-effect". But I especially love taking pictures on my trips.

I used to have a Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD and loved it. The camera has a lot of options, including super macro. So, I just tried out the camera, see what it could do and hoped it would result in some nice pictures. And it did.

But after a while, I wanted to do more. So in January of 2011, I bought my first DSLR: a Canon EOS 500D. After 4 years of pure joy, it was time for an upgrade. So right now, I'm shooting with a Canon EOS 60D. Great camera! I hope to purchase some more lenses in the future, but for now my current lenses will do. I also have a tripod, a little macro close up lens (bought it for a few bucks and definitely worth the money), and a remote.

I'm hoping to make some nice trips in the near future so I can keep on practicing. And always looking forward to weather changes: especially love the snow!
