Back in the 1960's I was a keen "train spotter" and I even managed to snap some B&W photographs at the end of steam and into the early diesel era. This was mainly on my favourite Western region of BR. Back then I only had a simple box camera. In the 1970's/80's my photographic equipment improved but unfortunately the steam engines had disappeared so I concentrated on loco hauled trains and semaphore signalling photography. I used some Kodak but mainly Agfa 35mm colour slides at that time. My latest additions have been taken with digital cameras.
