I'm five foot two, with eyes of blue (it's true!), blond hair and FEISTY!
I have 3 grown sons; and 1, Jacob, who passed away in April 2009. My hubby and I also have 1 cat and 2 dogs.
My husband and I love to travel and our favorite state is Colorado. Since we bought our 4Runner, we do a lot of off-road trails out there and see some spectacular scenery - which I love to photograph!
I worked for a local newspaper as a darkroom technician for a few years, so I kind of prefer what I like to call "real" photography. I do use Photoshop to mess around with photos, but haven't really learned how to use it like a "darkroom" yet. I'm currently using a Canon Kiss Digital X camera. I have a Sigma 28-200 zoom lens and a Sigma 17-70 wide angle lens.
I am currently a stay-at-home mom to my dogs and cat. I'd love to find some sort of work that would allow me to work from home - like something internet based. It'd be awesome be able to make a living using my photography, but I wouldn't know where to start! I have sold some of my work...with a little help from Flickr and a local coffee shop. My cameras go pretty much everywhere I go!

Lori is a very talented and young photographer, her pictures are always wonderful masterpieces, she has a great eye for beauty! She is a very kind and gentle person too!

The thing I like most about Lori's photos is that she and I appear to be interested in making images of similar things. Yet the thing I most enjoy is her wide range of interesting pictures from visually interesting places, places I' haven't visited but get to because she's willing to share with others through her amazing photos. She takes the time to find unusual and dynamic scenes, and "gets them right" every time. Then she shares her creativity with us on Flickr. Her site is well worth watching, and I find myself enthusiastically looking forward to her latest images.
