I love taking pictures. My husband calls me "Snappy". He doesn't get the whole picture thing but he tries to be supportive.

Digital photography was made for me. I love to experiment for the shot. I am still learning. I can see the potential for a great picture but I have to still learn how to get the camera to see what I see. I received Photoshop as a gift recently. I hope to learn more techniques with it. In the meantime, I am having fun snapping away and happy when I get lucky with a good picture now and then. I love people to find enjoyment in my pictures.

I am a wife, a mom and a nana. I don't get to see my kid and grandkids much. I do miss them but we can keep in tough via lots of phone calls, internet and of course, pictures!

I read the following and find it to be so true: "Photography is an attempt to capture fleeting moments. This was partially inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson who said, "We photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing, and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth can make them come back again. We cannot develop and print a memory." "
