What can I say? The Choir has changed my life. Well, that's not strictly true, but it's given me something to share in and made me feel better about myself, which is a huge start. And then there's Dessi. If you'd told me that one person could sing louder that 30 others combined I'd have told you to go forth and multiply. But she can. Totally amazing. Not only louder but more musically. Makes the rest of us sound like Jeremy Hardy. It's a privilege to know her.
