I haven't any formal photography training, but am happy to play around with my point-and-shoot. If you have any hints/tips, please share!

Definitely feel free to be honest in your critiques. I joined flickr to learn and receive real feedback, not the "that's pretty" from my supportive friends. Not saying I don't like compliments of course! I just don't want you to hold back from constructive criticism. That said, when you do share advice, please be as clear and specific as possible.
