...curious of the wonderful world around us, always rather optimistic about life, and wanting to go out there and hopefully capture and memorialize fleeting moments that we may never experience again in the daily cycle of our busy lives.
I am new in photography and have learned to appreciate this world better through the viewfinder. I have also learned to enjoy photo-blending different exposures through HDR in my later images. I still do regular images though along with my HDRs.
I am self-taught and am continuously discovering new things. I come from a painting background and am an architect by profession. I love colors and emotion in my images thus the preference for HDRs.
How many times have you ever heard the expression "It is so beautiful that no photograph or words can ever describe it, you just have to be there!" I want to make sure that for people "who cannot be there" I, at least, have done my best to show not only what it looked like through composition, but more importantly what it felt like through the language of colors, light and detail beyond the technical limitations of a single shot.
I am deeply grateful if you took the time to look through my
images. I hope you have not considered it a waste of your time. I am still learning and am just using a kit lens at the moment.
If I ,perchance, made you a contact and did faved or commented on a work of yours, do not feel obligated to "return the favor" because you deserved it. I would feel more grateful also if you honestly gave your opinion and viewed any of my images before you made me a contact.
Thanks for even getting this far through my profile.
Hope you'll have a great day my friend.
Equipment: Nikon D40, kit lens and thank God for a good pair of eyes that can still see great!...
Today (08/10/08) I said goodbye to my D40 and replaced it with a D80. That was the first DLSR I ever had and what introduced me into the fantastic world of photography!
