I've always enjoyed taking pictures. I wanted a camera when I was maybe 8, 9 or 10 years old. But the truth is I never had the resolve to learn how to use one. I was concerned with simply using a camera to capture moments for posterity.

But now, later in life, I've found it to be a good hobby. I don't kid myself; I'm not a great photographer. Some days I'm not even a good one. But I enjoy it. And I do try to remember the things I learn and move forward.

But in truth I still think of it most often as a means of capturing a moment in time.
