Hobbyist photographer since 2008 of (mostly) flowers, abandons, textures, and architectural elements. A stickler for straight horizons. Married to an Englishman. A collector of vintage books, bottles, cameras and cabinet card portraits.

Aside from photography, my other enthusiast hobbies and interests include making handmade journals, paper crafts, making handmade paper, and making diy ink from plants. Therefore, I have a lot of product and progress photography that I have not been sharing here, but I want my Flickr account to represent the whole of my photography, so those photos will be added going forward. My handmade journals are available for purchase on my website, as they are part of my bread and butter.

I have been a dressmaker for over 40 years and make a variety of sewn goods, mostly things for the grandkids these days. I have made everything from self-designed backpacks and art folios to children's clothing, quilts, and wedding dresses.
