I hope that you are touched by some of these images.

Photography satisfies my need to produce art and inspires and challenges me to capture a fleeting glance of the immense beauty of this mysterious and awesome world. I am inspired by architecture and architectural detail, cityscapes, the landscape and travel. I love event photography, most of all in jazz venues and most often when that wonderful vocalist Joan Minor is performing.

Since genius has yet to strike me with a concept like Henri Cartier Bresson's "le moment definitif", I can do no better than rely on "Ad majorem dei gloriam", recorded within my EXIF data as the traditional "AMDG". Thanks also to Rembrandt whose quote I amend to say “Photography is the grandchild of nature. It is related to God.”

Paul, I decided to write this testimonial to you instead of just writing it about you. Paul, you construct the composition of your artistic photos in the very same way that Parisian landmarks, Greek architecture, Greek Sculpture, great Italian food dishes, and statuesque women are built: aesthetically pleasing to the eye and oh so palatable. You are most certainly a supremely gifted artist whose eye for composing architecture shots is unparalleled. I am awestruck at the light play in your creations, the perfect lines of the structures and your ability to capture every bit of information in one image necessary to tell a great story. It is as if the great Greek and French architects peered deep into the future to tap into your incredible eye for structure, beauty, color and light. I am not only your friend, I regularly visit your page to see how photography should be done right when done spectacularly. Your musical performance shots perfectly convey, mood, substance, art, musicality, life and movement. If you were to start a school for photography you would impart to others wisdom for the ages. Your photos are not only eye candy, they are cognac for the soul.
