Hi Everybody,

Thanks for viewing my photo's (and I guess my profile if you're reading this).

I am 42 years old and have worked in the IT industry for 20+ years. Following a trip to Thailand in 2009 I have gotten into photography and spent more money than I wish to advertise on equipment - like most of my hobbies I get hooked and become quite obsessed and gullible to all the advertisements from wanting the fastest motorbike through to the best DSLR. That's just me!

Flickr, or should I say the contributing members, has been a great inspiration. I follow a number of people on Flickr and really enjoy seeing their work, I often try to do my own version of other peoples work just to test my technical skill (so if I have mimicked your work please do not take offense it means I love what you have achieved).

I post the majority of my photo's on Flickr for all to see with the hope that people will view and comment with either congratulations or constructive advice on what's good and bad.

I don't think I have a style of my own yet I am still learning the basics but hopefully sometime soon this will start to happen and people will mimic my work. However with all that being said please do not distribute or reproduce my work without my permission, but feel free to ask.
