To get a good idea of who I am, just read my blog. But please don't hold it against me :)

Mostly, I just take "snapshots". While I appreciate artistic photos, and have been known to take a few when I try, I generally don't have a burning desire to seek out those types of shots. Primarily, I take pictures to preserve experiences/memories, not as a form of expression. And the pics here on Flikr are predominantly just for my blog.

And in case it matters, with very few exceptions, all these pics were taken with my Olympus C700UZ, that I've had since 2001. It's not the fanciest, or highest quality around, but it serves me well.
