Please be aware, some of my images are licensed under Creative Commons, while others have no rights reserved (Public Domain). Read the following for more details!

 

Usage of any of my images posted here does not include release of any copyright, patent, or trademark that may exist within any of the images. I do not have, and do not intend on acquiring, release(s) for any identifiable person, place, or thing you see within these photographs. Please consider this as meaning YOU take responsibility for the use of these images.

 

Regarding all images licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0), the full license summary may be viewed at creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/legalcode

 

In simple terms, this particular Creative Commons license means you are free:

 

1. To Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work

 

2. To Remix — to adapt the work

  

These uses are permitted under the following conditions:

 

1. Attribution — You must attribute the work to myself, but not in any way that suggests that I endorse you or your use of the work
