Philip Larson is the smartest guy I know, if intelligence can be measured by years of school, diversity of fields of study, and dedication to continue studying no matter what the odds. Phil is the only guy I have ever met who can style his hair using a hat he found on the side of the road. He has the reflexes of a cat and the speed of a mongoose, not to mention being my High Councilor. If I had some thin mints, I would give them to Phil, even though he would finish the box in one sitting; that is how much I like this guy.
