I'm from Manchester in the UK and photography is a hobby I've enjoyed for some time but has only recently become something more a passion. For 2019, primarily using a compact style of camera, I aim to improve both my photographing techniques and editing skills in the hope of producing some creative and interesting shots.

With the compact camera, I have the ambition to achieve my bucket list challenge of amazing photographs. These include among others, night scenes with the Milky Way, night scenes with the Northern Lights, seaside sunset and mountain river landscape scenes with the aid of ND filters, nighttime cityscapes and some light painted night scenes.
