Growing up on Catalina Island I was inspired by the intimacy with which we all lived our lives. There is an interconnectedness of humanity and it is thrown into sharp relief in small communities and when we are in nature.

Photography gave me an outlet through which to express my love for people and the world. Traveling has become an integral part of my life and worldview as well.
