The older photos on this site have probably been taken on transparency with Pentax ME-Super - all the photos from Madagascar were taken on this camera. However, heat and dust during this trip did a lot of damage to it and it has not worked properly since.

 

I used to have a little Canon Digital Ixus that I used to use when space was a premium. I was becoming increasingly disappointed with the results from this which led me to lug my D-SLR around with me. So in November 2012 I bought a Fuji X-100. I have been delighted with it. I know it would not suit everyone one but the results for portraits and with the built-in flash are remarkable.

 

My main camera from 2006-2010 was a Nikon D50. This has been sold and I now use a Nikon D300S. A 17-55mm F2.8 Nikon lens remains bolted to the camera 90% of the time.

I also use a Nikon 50mm F1.4.
