My dream is to be someone whose pictures will be torn out of magazines and eventually nailed on the wall.

I was born in Bratislava in 1981 to Hungarian parents.

After earning degrees in German Studies and International Affairs, I worked for an international NGO in Egypt and a bank in Switzerland.

I inherited my father’s old Russian camera when I was ten years old. I’ve been taking pictures ever since. My photographic work has been displayed on solo exhibitions in Budapest (Hungarian House of Photography), Bratislava (Hungarian Cultural Institute) and in Thessaloniki (Aristotle University). Most recently, my photo essay “Without a Ticket – Newham in the Times of the Olympics” has been featured in the “New Photography” section of the Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin, a platform dedicated to the work of emerging young talent.

There is no event without silence. My photographic style pays close attention to ‘background noise’, as, at times, this might become more important than the harsh and spectacular.
