An artist and photographer interested in everything new and exciting. I have been a full time artist for the past 23 years and take photographs as an (obsessive) hobby.

For the first 10 years as an artist I only worked in water colour. I then switched to acrylics and inks for about 12 years and I now work mostly in oil on canvas.

I have been to Antarctica many times and even did a few weeks solo on Deception Island to capture the landscapes both on film and on canvas. (Antarctica photos set)

Loving the Flickr community and all the raw talent that bounces around these walls.

Being an artist and photographer has really taught me to "see" things. I mean really see things! Things that perhaps many others miss and yet Flickr and this type of forum has taught me to see even more.
