Hi guys, I live in Lincolnshire in the Uk, And im just a beginner really, i've been into photography since my early teens when i was given a Praktika BC1 and a selection of lens's.
I have two kids so dont often spend money on new gear, and I have never (Thats right NEVER) bought any brand new stuff. Every camera body I have ever had has been given to me by friends or Family.
So take a look at my stuff, if you like it, tell me.

Where to start... Well if it wasn't for Pete I wouldn't be here writing this testimonial. I've known pete a long long time, he was my sister's best mate, so I've always known where he is and how he's been doing, but I'm so pleased to have got to know him in his own right over recent times. Pete is the full deal - he's prepared to share his knowledge, help people out, offer advice and do whatever he can for you while at the same time taking it on the chin whatever anyone has to say about his photography, learns from his mistakes and puts his all into everything he does. He has a massive amount of skill, and produces some really quirky images - developing his own place in the photography world - and he has the ability to not only take great images but create a different take on them using post production skills. Its been a pleasure so far Pete, and I really hope we continue on this journey together...

Pete's profile is the most honest I've seen on a flickr in a long while. It's says everything about him just by simply being honest, his professing at being a 'beginner', never buying a new camera and even a warning that his 'tom-foolery' maybe not to everyone's taste. How much more honest can you get? His imagery shows the same characteristics, experimenting, playing, learning and above all that honesty thing again. Admirable. Hope you stick to your guns Pete, fellow 'flickrites' can knock the cr*p out of us with well intended help & suggestions moulding us into a photographic 'norm'. Keep that individuality to heart and let it show. As a former 'house husband' myself I raise a glass to you. Often I had to strive past others 'unemployed bum' remarks whereas my children saw me as a fun loving Dad, not the career minded returning late at night exhausted and no time for them money-pit. Here's to you Pete, glad to have 'bumped' into ya :-)
