A reliable customizer who insist on the satisfaction of his customers with a need to paint correctly and exactly (basiclly badass)
pevocam is one of the best LEGO creationists ever. If you want a custom HALO figure, give him a fm, I might not be as deep into LEGO HALO as he is. But I can still tell you that he is awesome. :D
