Ahh, the outdoor life for me.............

I just enjoy looking at pictures and taking pictures.............for me Flickr is a window into our diverse and energetic world..................all images are different yet all seem familiar.

I am currently using a Leica M10 with a 21mm Super Elmar-M f3.4, a 35mm Summicron-M f2 ASPH, a 50mm Summicron f2, a Voigtlander 21mm Color-Skopar-M f3.5, a Voigtlander 15mm Super-Wide Heliar-M f4.5 and a 7Attisans 75mm Noctilux f1.25. I've also used a 21mm Elmarit-M f2.8 lens with the M10 along with a 50mm 7Artisans-M f1.1.

Previous digtal cameras include a Nikon Df, D610, D600 which were used with the following lenses : Sigma 14mm DG EX, Nikkor 16mm, 20mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm and Nikkor 85mm AF-D prime lenses along with a Nikkor 50mm AF-S f1.4 lens.

In the days of film I mainly used a Nikon FG20 SLR with various prime lenses and later when autofocus was invented a Nikon F401, which compared to the Nikon FG was a horrible noisy lump of plastic......but the autofocus was a useful novelty.

My first camera, bought for me by my dad when I was 14 was a Yashica MG fixed lens rangefinder and when I was 16 I bought my first SLR, a new East German manufactured Exacta with an M42 mount and 50mm lens. The Exacta had a fastest shutter speed of 1/500th of a second.....my, how things have changed!
