Hello, my name is Christopher Farlow and I have the ability to draw in pencil what I see in this world. When I was a boy I drew from books and other things I found in the home. I worked at it until I was able to do it using pencils or pens and if we didn't have paper I drew on grocery bags which at that time were still brown paper. As I became a man I tried to find work using this ability but instead what I found was a greater demand for graphic design. I had no college experience and not much money so needing to do what I could to survive I worked as a graphic designer many years. I still sketched designs and ideas in pencil but usually directed or finished them as designs for advertising or corporate use. I worked as an art director, contractor or senior designer in a number of companies which took me from Cincinnati, OH to Daytona Beach, FL and many other places big and small.

Now more than twenty years later I am trying again to work as a pencil artist. I am back in the small town I grew up in near friends and family who remember me drawing as a child.
