I am a photography amateur in the true sense of the word (i.e. one who does not make a living with photography), and have been taking photos since 1988. With analog I most enjoyed using Velvia 50 and Ektachrome E100VS. On digital I've been using mostly Nikon, and cell phones (HTCs and iPhones). Currently I'm exploring how far I can use just the iPhone 16 Pro with its 3 lenses, and only using the Nikon with the excellent AF-S Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR for long shots.

Software
You will see many SOOC (straight out of the camera) photos here. But when I process I use: Slackware Linux for everything, Gimp for generic processing, G'MIC plug-in for Gimp for some corrections and other effects. In the past I used Fotoxx for HDR and panorama stitching.
