44 year old photographer, living near New York City. Right now I'm doing mostly macro, with insects and flowers predominating.

My stream has gotten large enough that just scrolling through it isn't really kind to expect of people who stop by, so I've done a lot of sorting into collections/sets, in an attempt to make it easier to find things.

Please comment. Feel free to be honest about what does/doesn't work. Improvement requires honest assessment of failures and successes.

I like people photography, but don't get to induldge in in much lately.

I like to talk about the craft of photography. I appreciate (and even enjoy) constructive criticism. If you like, or dislike, an element in one of my pictures (or in an arc of them) please tell me why, instead of merely saying, "ooh, tha's pretty".

If I make a comment on a picture of yours, which seems critical, please understand that I am doing it in the same vein. I am not trying to hurt people's feeings, but to improve my photography by paying attention to the details in others.
