Ihad been living in Sheffield since 1975, so I felt I could call myself a permanent resident, but since I retired, we've now finished of a slow move to Buxton. More space over here for a decent sized workshop, though I'm sad to have left Sheffield.

Interests include walking, motorcycling, workshop engineering and photography with a variety of Olympus kit and a little Ricoh GX200.

The car in the avatar is a Marlin Berlinetta, which along with the old Landrover, a 1977 900GTS Ducati, and an XT600 Yamaha get me around OK, I've more recently added a Triumph 750 Bonneville T140 and a Moto Guzzi le Mans Mk3
