I met Computer Science Geek by working with him on the Utata Speaks project. I was immediately struck by his keen intelligence, depth of feeling and masterful ability to blend those traits in the images he creates. I have been following his work ever since then and am continually impressed by his inventiveness--just look at his self-portraits and his interpretation of the periodic table for examples--and by his passion for astronomy. I love seeing glimpses of the beautiful sky he knows so well and learning more about it through his insightful commentary.

CSG is flickr. period. he brings into his experience here everything that is wonderful about this human race -- his humor, his introspection, his intelligence, his sensitivity, his curiosity, his skill. he's always willing to find new ground with his work, experimenting with techniques and color, often with mind-bogglingly inspiring results. he's also an absolute sweetheart, one of those rare persons with a visible, old soul. i delight in visiting his stream, cos when i do, the world seems to right itself.
