I am Daddy to 3 amazing kiddos and husband to the best wife God ever created.

I got into photography after high school almost twenty years ago (arghhh, man I am old). Had a whole bunch of Nikon film gear. A N6006, multiple lenses, flash, etc. I lost interest after being married for a couple years. Probably got tired of the expense of having film developed. When we had our first kiddo, I got interested again. Especially after going to a department store photo place and paying way too much money for so so pictures. So I sold all of my film gear and made the switch to Canon. No particular reason. Wanted to try something new and the 40D had all the features I was looking for at the time and was cheaper than the Nikon counterpart. So I have the 40D, the 28-135 kit lens, a 50mm 1.8, a Vivitar 285HV that was in a kit with umbrella, stand, etc., a Canon 540EZ that I bought used. That's it. I have a blog where I go into a little detail into my limited understanding of photography: pbphoto.
