As a boy, I explored the back woods with a camera. Looking back, there are some regrets in not taking journalism in High School or at the University.

Rarely are any photos shot in full automatic; Aperture priority, if not full manual modes, are used for nearly all photos.

Please download these pictures for your own personal use and enjoyment. Take these ideas and go crazy with them on your own. Creativity is best expressed when it's shared, and I don't care if you steal the ideas you find here ... but don't take an image from my stream and pawn it off as your own personal work. Forget Karma; I'll unleash my legion of angry leprechauns to torment you if you try it.

If you do take one of these ideas, I'd love to see what you came up with. For example, if you like the sweet and tangy goodness of Juicy Fruit and it inspires you to make your own take of it with a banana head, let me know - I wanna see it!

For non-profits wanting to publish photos on traditional print media, send me a flickrmail. I like to see where they're used and am happy to hand out high-res versions that are better for print anyway. Just ask and my leprechauns will gladly provide it for you.

Go crazy and blog about them if you wish. (I don't consider resizing or cropping a derivative/modified work.) While you're at it, put an advertisement about your blog in the photo comments - hey it's free advertising for you, and I welcome it! My leprechauns know you want to.

Finally, if you are wanting to use any of these photos for a profitable business - for example: Webshots, American Express or National Geographic (yeah, right!) - contact me first.

Do it for the little people.
