I only know Paul through his photographs and writings here on Flickr. He has such a lovely unique style in his work, a lush rich texture of water and life - when you see one you know Aarluk did it. His subjects are also dear to my heart - orcas and seabirds and sea lions and watery landscapes - and he deals with them with such passion and insight. I love seeing new work from him. The passion of a dedicated scientist and the eye of an artiste, it's a great combination.
