Always looking for a photo opportunity....where ever it comes from. A rekindled interest in photography occurred in 2006 when I bought the Sony A100, that was replaced in 2008 with the Sony A700. I was asked to do a few photos at some family weddings and decided to take it further and try and do more weddings. So I have now got quite a few under my belt so to say. Although I much prefer to be out there taking photos for my own enjoyment. Be it a nice serene view point or a photo of a duck - everything can be part of a good photograph.
(Edit - No longer in the wedding market, too much hassle) The Sony A700 had been replaced by the Sony a77 in summer 2013 and that has also been replaced with the Sony a7III.
Quite open to the idea of people joining me or meeting up with people for an afternoon of photography - work permitting - as long as you're not too far away from Scunthorpe in the UK......

I have never seen a portfolio of work as varied or as enjoyable to look through. Thanks for sharing them. Regards Fr… Read more

Paul has beome a good Flickr friend and I look forward to seeing his work around Scunthorpe England. He has a terrific eye for English history and his photos of all of the local churches are just great. I will take Paul up on his posted offer to do an afternoon shoot on our next trip "over the pond". Best Wishes, John … Read more
